Our first METS NAB event was held on the day before the show opened with lucky for some 13 players and a great friend, who doubled up as photographer/cheerleader. 

We played at the Las Vegas National, which has some interesting holes, a fair bit of sand/concrete, some very close by houses and some water/wildlife. More importantly the sun was shining, the drinks were flowing and many personal and business stories were shared and friends made. Representatives from the following companies played: IBC, Ateme, 808 Talent, Backlight, Pixotope, Telestream, Clear-Com and Bubble Agency.

After the scores were calculated we had an individual winner and team winners. Individual prize went to Sadie Groom (45 points), who embarrassingly set up the day and whose handicap needs to come down a lot. The team she was on with Steve Connelly (IBC), James McKeown (Platform), Lee Ballinger (Telestream) and rapper/entrepreneur Arabian Prince, took the team trophies.

Next NAB we are likely to play on the Friday as many people wanted to join in but couldn’t due to other events taking place. We hope you can join us.
